Aspects to Be Paid Attention to While Signing a Contract
- The Logo and Document Information appearing on the Rating Agreement and its annexes (including the Initial Publication Date, Document Number, Revision Date, Revision Number, and Page Number) must be complete and fully legible.
- The contract must be signed in two copies, one copy to be kept by the company and the other copy by JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş.
- The contract should be printed on one side of A4 paper. Contracts printed on both sides and back should not be opened for signature.
- Each page must be absolutely initialed. The last page of the contract should be signed after the company stamp is struck.
- The contract must be signed (jointly/individually) by authorized signatories who have the authority to represent the company.
- The Information Communication Form is considered an annex to the agreement and must be signed by authorized signatories the same signing authority.
- Once all signatures have been completed on your side, the following documents must be sent to the address specified on the agreement, together with the signature circulars.
- The Rating Request Form and the Information Contact Form must each be signed in one copy, to remain with JCR Avrasya Derecelendirme A.Ş. In cases where none of the options in the Rating Request Form align with your preferences, the corresponding boxes should be left blank.
- The Question List, which includes the information and documents required for report preparation, must be completed before the agreement is signed and uploaded via the Share JCR-ER link provided to the companies.
- The Rating Agreement and its annexes are executed in two copies. The Client requesting the service is responsible for paying the stamp tax arising from the execution of the agreement. The Rating Agency (JCR-ER) declares the stamp tax and subsequently invoices the Client for the corresponding amount.
